What do u think when u are giving name to your dog

hi i have female semaid dog which is so cute with innocent looks so i gave her name as snoopy...i wish to have Labrador dog...

I usually look at dog and see what the dog reminds me of. Like my dog hes gray so I named him smokey. I had a gray cat and I named him Dusty. My favorite types of dogs would be the Miniature Schnauzer. I wish I could have a German Shepard but they shed a lot and I'm allergic.

I look for a name that i can call easily and yet stylish. My young german shepherd is named Leo.

I have two Shih-Tzus. They are the only dogs I have had besides a Chihuahua and I much prefer my little fluff balls, lol. I got Patches when I was ten and actually went looking for a dog that I could name that. With my second pup they had already named all the puppies and Ringo just stuck with him. He has a brown ring around his tail. They are the greatest things in my life. As for names, I think that Lisa is a great name. I've heard some really terrible ones that made me think the owners were just cruel (Poohead). Turns out they weren't cruel, just strange. My grandfather gives my pups nicknames and he used to call my Chihuahua 'Nugget'. He calls Patch 'Leech' because he always lays down right beside him and won't move. We all call Ringo 'Piglet' because that boy will eat anything and everything.

Maybe I do the same thing like Burki's doing to gave his pet a name. Because in giving a pet a name, we use to think our best friend's name or other our favorite things or places. If i buy a dog, I prefer buy a harder. Cos it's smart and have ability. He can be a detector also and protect ourselves from crime.
