My e-mail adrress!!!

I just got a e-mail from a member telling me it was a real bad idea to post my e-mail here.Never dwned on me what so ever..Can anybody tell me if it's possible to take that e-mail ou now!!!Funny I posted my e-mail in other sites and never got me in trouble.always a first I gues.
