persuade me to like facebook.

the only reason i like facebook is because a lot of friends and family that i have are on there. it is much easier to talk to them or send them a quick message then sending them an email. it is fun to see the pictures they have posted and to hear what they are up to. almost everyone on there is people i know in person. (on mine anyways)

I don't particularly like Facebook either, I started playing though because I found Texas Hold'em on it. :-p

Business contacts and self-promotion. I sell on eBay and do free-lance writing and use facebook as a marketing tool. I am choosier about my friends on facebook, just people who I know or do business with. I don't really do much casual socializing online, I have family and friends for that.
