One of the ten commandments of God is, "Love thy neighbor".That does not mean that you have to marry them, hang around them,be their best friend, let them babysit your kids.If they see your christian or good morals they will come around.
For example where we are staying right now the manager did not like us at first and I do not know why.He is muslum.I do not know if he did not like me because I am christian,I have kids,I am not wealthy,I have brown hair,I am short,I am a widow....who knows! But recently he has gotten nicer to me.I have stuck it out and been nice to him even thou he has not been nice to me.He is not come so far that he is looking to be a christian, but who knows maybe, next week, next year.Maybe he has come around to being nice to me because he sees that I am not so bad, maybe he sees that his coworkers do not dislike me or maybe he has decided to work together as our new president asked.
Earlier I had a discussion about friends being denied and I was told that I would be denied as a friend if I did not agree with that person. These are friends online,if you disagree with them then you can ignore them.I did not always have the same opinion as my husband, but that did not mean we got a divorce.I do not know any two people that totally agree on everything. We are human that is not possible.
But,even to be friends with someone online,do you feel that we should have to always agree?

No of course not..We won't always agree with our family or our best friends but that is nothing to get huffy about...I feel all people have a right to have their own opinions..I do not think we should argue about them but just let them have their own opinions ..I would say we should "Agree" to "Disagree"......

I'm a bit concerned with your statement "He is not come so far that he is looking to be a christian, but who knows maybe, next week, next year". It sounds as if you are hopeful that he may someday convert to Christianity. He already has his own faith as a Muslim. You do understand this, right?

Maybe the guy was afraid or had been discriminated against by others and he wasn't sure about you until he got to know you.. I don't understand everyone and there are a lot of Muslims that I don't trust, it is because I don't know them and I don't really understand them.. I have heard many tales about how these people don't like us and I have also heard about how they can pretend to be your friend until they kill you, (that is an extreme), but I normally trust people and treat them as I would like to be treated, until I am shown different..
I don't always agree with everyone but I do pick my battles, sometimes I will let a remark go and sometimes, if it is important enough, I will fight against whatever I believe is wrong.. No, you don't have to agree with everyone..

i have wonderful neighbors & we say whatever we want to each oter, not agreeing w/your friend all the time is your right just as it is theirs not to agree w/you. friends are like that. i don't know what your manager's problem was but glad he got over it. he shouldn't let relegion or anything else affect his attitude about his renters just as they shouldn't let him being a muslim affect them. i hate it when people put people in a categort just becauce of their color, religion or whatever. i'm white but that doesn't mean i like all white folks, everyone is an individual & u have to take it from there,

Like I said that I was not sure what the managers problem was.It is unethical and illegal to discrimate against an employee, client or customer because of religion, color, race or creed. No human being can expect anyone to always agree with them about everything.
