In your opinion, what is the best-tasting meat to use for homemade hamburgers? Do you prefer ground beef or ground turkey? Maybe you like ground buffalo or ostrich instead. If you do use beef for your burgers, what type do you prefer? Ground chuck, 85% lean, 94% lean, angus, organic?
I have tried beef, turkey, and buffalo meat for burgers and I prefer beef. I usually buy 85% lean because the higher fat content makes a tastier, juicier burger. I buy organic beef if I have the option. I think it tastes better and is a healthier choice.

It has to be beef!!! They are called beef burgers for a reason, although im sure turkey would be nice for a low fat style burger but really i think if you are going to have a burger it should be the biggest fattest one you can make with lots of salad cheese and relish if youre gunna have a "naughty" food you should make the most of it and do it in style I say!
