Yes usually I sleep quite well at night! I manage to get around 8-9 hours sleep a day and that's really good for me. I seldom lose any sleep unless I am thinking about something or I am upset about something, then I wouldn't sleep too good.

Hi explorations:
I could shed years of experience on this topic, but alas I notice you don't respond very often to the discussions you start so I feel my advice will be for naught.
Take care............

Well, I have had those days, when no matter how much I slept I would only feel exhausted, but these days I have set a habit of going for a jog every morning. This keeps on increasing my stamina and makes me feel more fresh and energetic all day long. The fresh air we breath in while jogging in the morning, really helps revitalize our body and increases our lungs' capacity to breath in and thus helps us using and producing more energy from our body without being exhausted.
Take Care
God Bless YOU

It does happen that I feel that I didn't get enough sleep, I feel that I have to force myself not to fall asleep or anything. But then there are some days, when i feel fine, when I feel that I got enough sleep. So, it really depends on the day and such.

Yes but sometimes i don't..when i have too many stuffs to attend to at the office..i take them home to attent to them and the only time i can have free to my self is in the night when every body is asleep..i can then concentrate on my work and by so doing i have to sacrifice my sleep..but the truth is if i dont get them done..i wont be able to sleep..my mind will be there
