Work=drama!?

Wow, how many people out there hate where they work or atleast have bad days there? Where I work, there are many girls and lets just say (no offense ladies) we are very catty towards one another. You can't say one thing to someone without it getting out of hand and be twisted into something completely different. For example; where I work there are 12 girls and one guy that work together. I have a very good friend that I work with and there are two girls there that do not like me hanging out with her. Im 21 and she is almost 20. The other two girls decided to tell my friend that if she hangs out with me they would no longer talk to her; boycott her so to speak. This really upset me and her both. The girls that started this ages from 20 to 42. I thought to myself it's about time to grow up, but it's harder to do then it is to say. Because of this incident it caused a big fight and is still going on to this day. See, Im the type of girl that doesn't like conflict or having to come face to face with someone. I like to just be chilled and relax and just have fun. Life is too short the way it is to have to worry about these petty little drama things. I still hang out with my friend but we have to keep it secret. It's really dumb but what do you do to stop an aruguement, right? Anyways, anything ever happen to you at work that you just can't stand or are down right sick of?
