Do you have an office job?

I have had office jobs in the past, but I never really liked them that much. I didn't like that feeling of confinement because I didn't have any windows. I work in a home office now and, from time to time, I work on my couch in my living room. There are days when I crave the typical office environment where watercooler chats happened, and going out to lunch with friends was daily. I don't miss the office politics, though, or being loaded down with work that was nearly impossible to finish in one work day.

I do have an office job, actually I have always worked in an office. I did hate working in the cubicle with everyone around me. I have my own office now and I do have a small window in it even though my only view is of the building next to me I do enjoy the privacy that I now have.

Yes I have an office job and indeed I am going to start a recruitment business and that would be an office job. I have always worked in an office and I think it's more formal to work in an office because if I work in a home office, I would probably end up doing nothing.

..hi explorations.. I do have an office job.. actually, I'm in my office right now.. But I want to establish my own business if given the chance.. Atleast, If I have a business, I could manage my own time.. Not like here in the officer where I need to report * hours a day and needed to make overtimes if needed..

I have a office job now, and I've had several non-office jobs in the past. I enjoy my office job, as I get to interact with a variety of people and help serve them by meeting their needs, whenever possible. I also don't like the feeling of confinement, but I think it is better that I don't have any windows (because so many people know me, that I could become easily distracted). I work in my home office now from time to time, which is located in my bedroom (easier for me to go directly to bed, when I'm super, super tired.) I do hope to be able to start a non-commute job one day, that will more than pay me for the work that I produce, and can produce. I hate the office politics as well as being loaded down with work that was nearly impossible to finish in one work day. But I've learned to do all that I can do in that 8 hour time frame and setup tasks list for the most important things that should be done the next day.
