Can You Sleep?

I am the type of person who cannot sleep when I hear any noise except when I am so tired. When I was still sharing a room with my cousin who frequently snores I always get up and wakes her up even somebody sleeps in another room and snores I always get up and wake them up and when our dog barks I am easily awaken. How about you can you sleep soundly even if its noisy?

Lately, I can't sleep at all unless there's white noise. So, I keep a fan running. It also helps with the night sweats, but that's another story. LOL If the fan isn't on, it takes me forever to fall asleep. If the TV is on, I can't sleep at all. (then I get grumpy..grr)

I am just a little lucky because I live in the coolest city here in the Philippines so I don't need a fan to sleep unless during summer time or when we go visit the province but I also get annoyed with the sound of the electric fan... lol... 
and it also makes me grumpy 
when I can't go to sleep because of too much noise. Thanks for responding.
