Some thing went wrong with my Internet

It was 2 days ago when i tried to connect to the internet then it didn't connect for some reason. i called up customer service for more than twice then they told me the usual procedure which didn't work. i am at my hubbys laptop . how do i do this?

Ask your ISP to come to your house and check the connection or else go for a new provider who gives better customer support.

sometimes that happens too me did you try turning off your computer than the router than the motem and turn the router and motem back on and turn on your computer. it happens to me sometimes too.
