People are becoming more conscious of their health now that getting sick costs so much. Our lifestyles affect our health so much that we need to modify them and be very careful with what we eat, and the environment we live.
Do you consider taking nutritional supplements to balance your body's needs and reach optimal health?

I was hospitalized in November for asthma. I just was really strugglin to breathe. After that, on the advice and push of my brother, I started going to acupuncture. I am overweight and have about 60 pounds to lose. The very first thing she did was get me to eat right. I basically eat protein, veggies and fruit. No dairy and no bread. Well, I have lost a lot of weight and I am feeling so much better. She is starting to give me herbs to help me also.
I have to tell you that the restrictive eating is hard but I see the value and it is worth feeling so much better. I also exercise and do weight training.

I take my balance diet to keep fit, slim & trim. I am doing regular exercise. I avoid all types of junk and spicy foods. I want to live long in this beautiful world.
