I am one of those people who hoped for those get rich scams in the internet, I lost hundreds of dollars hoping it would come to me and unfortunately I never got any money from all my investments. It took me another 2 years to understand the strategies in money making. I used to be naive and thought that I could get the money I want through investing in those scams. Have you tried this experience? How did you manage?

You're not the only one who got scammed in the internet. I was one of them too. I thought that online data entry is a way to make money and to my disappointment its not all earning me even a few bucks. I learned my lesson though, never to invest on anything that promises to provide a good sum of money...

hello mariefe...
2 years ago, I was almost convinced in investing money with the data entry jobs. I even came to a point where I sent an email to a certain company asking for details. But my elder brother told me to be very, very careful when investing money especially on the internet.
I'm a stay-at-home mom and I was looking for ways to earn somehow. Then, by searching the net, I discovered these work-at-home data entry jobs. BUT, I have to pay a little something...just once as they say.
Eventually, I backed down from those data entry jobs and just looked for other alternatives. Then, I found Mylot.

if you're not really alert about your money, scammers would really say all the promises just to get in your pocket. We are not the only unfortunate. The worst scams are those data entry, coz they are all over the internet saying that if you just fill up some forms and you'll get $2500 everyday. What a fool I am I also believed those!

I just hope somebody warned me too but unfortunately, it was too late when I found out about it an I already invested the money and this is how I learned about mylot too. Thanks to my lot I was able to find other legitimate sites which requires zero investment.

I think when we first get a computer for the very first time, we've all gotten scammed when trying to make a little extra money on the internet. I've been scammed several times but it wasn't much money. The most I lost from one site was $16.00. I never (invest) any of MY money in any site. Some sites, when you go to cash out, they close up shop and run away with our hard earned cash! It's nothing (WE) are doing wrong, it's the sites owners who use us and don't pay. Now before I sign up to any site, I will do some research to see if they pay and how long they've been around and if they are a good, trust worthy site!

Another site I just registered called SurfJunky. I know the link from one of the members here. I posted a question if anyone know anything about it, and I got a couple of responses that said it was a scam. Luckily I haven't lost my time there.

Who hasn't?
I lost thousands to scammers. And it is not even to scam programs.
It is to rogue merchants who never deliver when the monies are paid!
Till today, I am cursing these jerks!
I would love to spit in the graves they lie for cheating me of my hard earned cash!

You actually took money out of your bank account and gave it to someone? Hundreds of dollars and it took you two years to realize that it wasn't working?

yeah unfortunately. I wanted to regain at least some few of it coz i also look and read testimonials. I was hooked at it and needed the money so bad but i also get a some income but it wastnt the amount that the program promised. I think it takes experience and even though I regret doing so, at least I learned and now I am on my way to regaining it using free programs.

The first time I got to know about investment in the internet was in 2005. The looked trustworthy at the beginning because they did pay me for my first batch of investment. I raised my investment in the hope of getting more money only to find that I would lose all the invested money. Since then on, I promised not to invest anything in the internet, especially those who promised high rates.

hi there. I agree with you about those sites that promise a lot of returns but then actually none as in "zero" in income or at least the return of your investment? Today, people who are turning in the internet are more skeptical than ever. The recession is here and people are losing jobs and they are turning to internet as a good way to earn unfortunately some of them will experienced what we experience. There are a lot of sham promises all over the internet about get rich quick programs and they are very attractive and legit looking :-(

I have absolutely been scammed! I've tried a number of different online "jobs". I have been trying out this site called www.my-data-team.com and it's basically selling you help and information on how to make money online with no further purchases. I came across this site on there. I'm not sure it's a scam but I'm not sure it's legit either.

sounds pretty interesting. I am done with online jobs as they say, now I am using free ways like content submissions and just trying to get my articles in numbers. I have a steady income in my content articles around $50 per month and I cater 2 sites. If you like writing PM me. My articles are around 150 pieces in one site and trying to grow more in number. I dont wanna pay any money anymore. Just too much to gamble at those sites that I do not know would work. You should investigate first before using it.

No, I've never tried being scammed as I don't have enough money to invest online :) I do my best to get away from sites that would ask me money. I join sites after making careful research and it has to be FREE to join. By the way, I've got some banner in my profile. Do check them out, it's FREE to join, so you won't lose any money. Happy myLotting.
