Hormones and chemicals from processed foods, which tend to be the salty and fatty foods, are the cause of pimples, breakouts, oil skin, and general poor skin conditions. These sodium and fat laden foods put a strain on your internal organs, stress is one of the number one factors that cause pimples and breakouts, so pimples may be no big deal to most people but in reality its your body telling you something isn't right inside of you and now its coming to the surface.

yes i know,..but my sis told me that ..i should wash my face with warm water using mild soap, 3 times a day to prevent pimples and drink plenty of juice...
from now on,i will not eat too much fats..just a little bit...lol
i hope i can control myself ,i'll try!
