if you are not close to your payout amount do you lose what you already made? or do you just keep adding to what you have to get to your goal? im new to this and am not really sure how it works.

No the balance will carry over from month to month. Example, I was not online for two months when I came back I had a couple of dollars earned from previous month, but after checking it wasn't from previous month but rather from the last time I was online. I am not sure how long you can let it slid though. In general however it does carry over, so if you say don't make the pay out this month, then next month you are over the pay out you get it all that month.

You can let it slide for 3 months. After more than 3 months you lose any earnings if you have not been active during that time.

Don't worry, you don't lose the amount you've made if you don't reach payout. The amount that you make next month will be added to the amount that you've made this month.
