how to gain weight for high metabolism?

help!can anyone give me tips or suggestions to help me gain weight,its really kinda hard becuase i have high metabolism so usually whatever i eat just doesnt add to y wieght eventhough i eat a lot,im really underwieght and i would love to gain soe wieght,can anyone sugest anything special i should eat or soemthing?
