Parent's Fault

I have a neighbour, who is my friend too. He is still young and have been living with her mother and father and sister. He have just lost his small brother in an incident. His father quit her first wife, the bioligical mother of my friend and sister, and marry another woman. The step mother gave the children all what they needed as their father was not working and was depending on his second wife and my friend. Then his father throw his second wife out. My friend still keep in touch with her step mother as her biological mother does not talk with her children. Recently my friend and her sister were thrown out of the house too. My friend went to stay with her uncle and her sister with her biological mother. Then later my friend came to know that his father had another relation with another women and that was ehy he throw her second wife and then the children. To bring her that woman and her relatives to stay at his place. What kind of father do you think is he? Will he be happy in his life? What is your opinion on this kind of father? If you were in my friend's place what would you do?
