does any body know why people whose always making smile can change the atmosphere of a one place or topic?
in office when i'm in a bad mood and when someone greet me with a smile suddenly i forgot my problem and all those bad feelings immediately disappear... sometimes i realize i want to be that person but how could i do that if i'm not born as a positive person?

I was born into a miserable existence and now am one of those happy people you are talking about. Happiness, believe it or not, is a science. There are very specific things you can do to be happier:
1) Smile - even when you are by yourself and don't feel like it. When you smile, it creates a chemical reaction in your brain that stimulates good-mood chemicals. Fake it till you make it!
2) Compliment other people - find something you like about whoever you are in the room with and let them know about it. they will smile, you will smile, everybody feels good and the relationship is strengthened.
3) Friends and Family - people with strong family and friend connections are just happier. Do what you can to get closer. I started a family dinner night at my house to get closer to my mother-in-law and it worked wonders. We had a distant relationship before and now love each other to pieces. She never used to smile and now she does all the time.
I hope these tips help. There's a lot more you can do, but the kids are waking up and I have to get moving. Good Luck!
