My account has been set to inactive ,why??what should I do? Help!!!

Excuse me,I have a problem about loginning mylot,my previous account is camelhjx,and I have posted about 260 discussions.I was absent for about two weeks due to the Spring Festival.I tried to login yesterday ,unfortunately ,it was failed .and it is said that my account has been set to inactive,the attachment is the picture ,what is the reason ,and what should I do now?I just want to use my previous account ,and i will delete this new one once the problem is solved.
I have tried to contact with mylot ,but there is no response now ,so I sign up a new account ,and want to solve the problem.
Thanks for your response in advance! What should I do right now?And what had happened?

there were alot of people that this happened to.
No one knows just why it happened
the chances of you getting your old account back are slim to none
you have a new account so I would just keep moving on
thats what everyone else is doing

Oh my....I have added a lot of friends here ,is it possible to take my old account back???I have spent a lot of time and energy on it ,I'd like to use the old one~~!!And I have earned about 6$,Oh my ,.......

no one knows the reason and of course mylot isnt telling anyone
