I think the success would depend on the temperament and the attitude of the person concerned. I would be more inclined to work the flexible hours but I don't think I would last long there because the money is too small. I'd want something better. Cheers!!

some says that there are a different between men and women purpose in life and to work. a female can be a successful business women if they want it, but they would also think about their family, their kids. what if they wont have a time for their kids if her life is just working n working n working ?
for men it's a must to have a job and specially not just a job, but career ! coz its their responsibility to earn money so they can fulfill his family needs.
so i think, ehm..it depends on our priority in life..which one comes first ?
but heyyy..thank u for ur responsessss =D im not only happy coz u guys answered me, but i do like a discussion n sharing thoughts, so thank u =D

I would choose the first job, because flexable working time is important to me. The second job has a higher salary ($600 instead of $500) but money is not that important to me, and the first job appeals more to me than the second one. Another thing is that the job as internet trainer would be more interesting to me than a job as an insurance underwriting staff. I also like the idea of working 2 or 4 hours instead of 9 hours, because that would give me the chance to spend time on other things than work. The flexibility is the most important thing to me, though.

hi porcospino =D
thank you for your advises, i am in the 1st job right now. and you're right too, we have the same thoughts because i prefer work in a flexible time to a fixed time. yes, the internet instructor is very interesting, makes us don't feel like we're working but more to a fun works and entertaining. we also meet new people from our students..
i got more job offers lately and lol i'm still thinking to stick to this one, but i don't know unless i need more new experiences and knowledges to improve myself..
thank u for ur response porcospino =D
