which antivirus is best???

I also use AVG v8.0 free edition and it works fine for me and other people I have told. It is not too obtrusive and quietly gets on with the job in the background. Norton, McAffee and others seem to be in your face all the time to show you they are working hard for you and justify their annual fee.

I use AVG. I had a mess on my laptop and windows defender wasn't finding anything. I ran AVG, it found 68 bad guys. It fixed it and tada all better.
