Are you satisfied with your salary now?

Hi,
I've been working for about 10 years now. I started as an engineer and grown with the organization and have reach a higher position. His is my 2nd company now and I belong now to middle management level which I think Im already earning more than the average people is earning in our place. But it seems that budget is still stiff and financial freedom is still not within reach. How about you guys? Is your salary enough to cater your "NEEDs" and "WANTS" ?

I am totally NOT satisfied with my salary right now. I am looking for a better job, or even a second job to help ease the burdens.

i'm sooooo not satisfied with my salary right now but i try my best to make it work. my boss is supposed to get me and some other colleagues a raise because we are on the wrong payment level but he hasnt gotten around to it as yet. hope he does so soon. hope your salary gets to the point where it caters to ur wants and needs too.
