Help for the Xbox 360

Janus Hassildor - Janus Hassildor, Count of Skingrad

My father-in-law is stuck. He says that Janus Hassildor (the Count of Skingrad) is either dead or missing, and that Hal-Liurz (the Count's steward) says that she will got to get him, but doesn't move or go upstairs to do so. I was wondering if anyone knew of a cheat or hack to bring someone back to life or to your location. I know that on the PC version the console can be used to do such a thing, but have not been able to find a way to do it for the Xbox 360 version. Any help will be greatly appreciated, as he cannot progress further in the Mage's Guild quests. Thanks. The Shark (",)

I had a look to see if I can find anything, but there don't appear to be any cheats for this available. He could try speaking to Hal-Liurz, then going away from the area for an hour or so, then going back and speaking to Hal-Liurz again, I don't know if that will help, but it worked for me on the PC when I had a similar problem.
