I am sorry to hear about your husband suspenseful. I can't imagine what you're going through and not being able to do things like you use to, must be frustrating. I hope you're able to celebrate your birthday :)

I won't be getting a haircut on my birthday. I've booked it two days later, on Wednesday. I'll spend the afternoon with my son since he only has half days at school on Mondays. Thanks for posting and happy birthday to you on the 15th.

Oh wow. I can't imagine being that far away from my sister. I mean my sister and I have some tense moments, but the farthest we have ever lived away from each other is 8 hours, when she moved to Missouri and I was still in Oklahoma. Thanks for asking about my situation. It's going to be okay. I'm still waiting for them to get my kitchen cleaned before I go back. I went to look today and they had done some of the work. I'm still at my parent's house. My poor parents! They are actually out of town. Anyway, hopefully by April 1st I will be in a new place. And since I went to the ER Thursday my back pain is under much better control.

That's good to hear things are going Ok for you at the moment. I'm sure your parents don't mind the company either. I hope they get the work done soon enough. I know when I had a herniated disc in my lower back two years ago, it was because I was very stressed out and just overdid it and as soon as I relaxed and did physiotherapy to help ease the pain instead of having surgery, most of the pain went. I hope you feel better soon.

It is cool!! I miss her bigtime though as she's in NZ and I'm here in the US. I called her the other day to see how she was doing, since I had not heard from her in ages. It's the 2nd and it started off very nicely today. Spent the morning volunteering at my sons school in their library for an hour - it was fun. In a bit we are going to make blueberry muffins and my son wants me to put a candle in one of them and blow it out, to wish me happy birthday. I get to pamper myself this coming Wednesday. We are not identical but our friends use to get us confused. Not sure why as we look different. I'm older by 45 minutes but my sister seems to act like she's the oldest LOL she's strong willed and very determined and as for me, I'm the quiet one and easy going LOl I miss her bigtime. I agree there are a lot of birthdays in February, especially for my family. thanks for the birthday wishes my friend. Hope your mom has a lovely birthday :)
