im wondering about your guys and gals idea and feeling about this subject. do you take pills? what kind are they? do they totally make you happy? would you be here today if you didnt start taking them?
you dont have to answer all of these questions but i want to see the difference between the way my head works and anyone else that has depression.
1. i take pills yes, 2 i take budeprio, 3 they do not make me happy necessarily, just make me not feel bad or just lash out at my parents. and 4, a little bit personal but, i think i would be here today if i didnt start, just because i do not believe suicide is a good way out. you go to hell and i dont want to go down there. so anyone that looks, please answer

Well for depression, medicines are not solution. Do Meditation, try breathing exercise, it will help you balance and handle depression.

I started taking Celexa a few months ago. I started with 20 mg and now Im on 40mg. I personally cant tell any difference in the way I act or anything but my fiance says Im a lot calmer since Ive been on them. But they in no way at all help me with being happy. And for your last question, I would never kill myself Im too scared to die, but I have had thoughts about it before and thoughts that I have no reason to be here but I personally would never do anything to react on those thoughts.

I have been on different antidepressants and some of them have been better than others. At first I took Mirtazapin and Fluoxetin, it was a good combination for me, the pills made me happy, but unfortuneately I gained a lot of weight from them. Then I started taking Noritren, it also worked pretty well, but when I had a new psychiatrist he wanted me to change medicine, so I started taking Efexor. Bad choice! I had a lots of sideeffects a.o. severe a chest pain, so I quit and started taking Mirtazapin again. Out of the medicines I have tried Mirtazapin is my favourite.
