Chocolate Covered Strawberries Infused with Cognac Okay everyone............Valentines Day is just 2 weeks away and I am recommending a cost effective way to put a smile on your special persons face! You will need the following: 1 bunch of fresh strawberries bakers chocolate (white, milk or dark chocolate all work the same) 1 bottle of your favorite cognac A seasoning injector (available in the grocery store) Wash the strawberries thoroughly, leaving the green stems on. Fill the seasoning injector with your favorite cognac and gently inject the cognac into the hollow part of the strawberry. Please be careful not to over inject the strawberry. Dip the injected strawberries into the melted bakers chocolate. Lay each strawberry about an inch a part on a cookie sheet. Place the cookie sheet into the refrigerator until chilled.
