The question of suicide - and NO I aint trying it

now is it just me or has anyone else noticed the amount of people coming here to say there last words before killing themselves. Now I thought it may be a good idea to start this topic so we can tell them that faking a suicide letter here wont impress, niether will the actual act, lets face it if your only outlet to say goodbye to the world is an annominous internet chat room you have some serious issues going on. People can help you but not here, see your family, or a doctor, maybe a shrink. I am so serious about this people there is nothing worth losing life for but if your dumb enough to do it then what can we do anyways? Not a lot. Jutst thought I would mention it.

i hadnt run across any of these yet. i feel that maybe that person is reaching out for help in their own way. i am not making excuses especially since i am not knowing yet... just a thought.

Some people on here(not saying all) are trying to see if they can be convinced to live. They aren't faking it just it's like if you wanna do something and think you should, but they you say hey wait what about that. They are asking if they should die or not to see how many people don't think they should. Its one of the final steps to decide rather to die or not. About the shrink thing most people are probably like me rather get their head chopped off then examined.

yes it seems like there have been lots of posts concerning this issue. I do not understand why people feel the need to discuss it on a forum before killing themselves, its like they are asking for attention and getting permission so to speak

Yes it is a cry for help. One is not seeing sense or clearly. Confusion,anything that may seem like nothing in our view. Hopefully no one is contemplating here.

I think some people actually just want to gain some attention and, even worse, just earn some money by it. But it there's anyone serious in here... yes, you should talk to someone in PERSON and look for some love. I think there are enough people out there willing to love. And we're all different, so you're gonna find someone like you pretty easily, especially if you help yourself with Internet. Just know life is worth living, even when it gets harder and harder. And the world is worth seeing, even when it gets uglier and uglier because of some people. Remember, you're not alone. Even those people in your situation can be your friends and help you and themselves get out of it.
