Hello friends.
Yesterday i requested the payment from ciao. I got more than 80$ there.
I want give you some advices to earn good and HONESTLY in ciao.
First: don't pm all your friend list asking to rate your review. This is against the rules and could let you be banned from ciao.
Second: don't trust people who pm you saying "i will rate 10 of you if you rate 10 of mine". Usually they don't do.
How to know if someone is trustable on ciao? Is quite easy. Just check his STATISTICS.
You can see there how many rating they got, and how many rating they gave.
If you see something like this:
Rating given: 97
Rating received: 642
Is obvious this is not someone who will help you to earn there! Is just someone that wanna get ratings, giving nothing back to you.
I started to chose my friends always checking their rating, and it works. Lot of people that rates my reviews are not in my friends list. I just saw their statistics are good, so i rated their reviews, and got rating back!
Third: always check who had rated your review, and rate them back.
I always work there in this way: i write a review every 3 or 4 days. Every time i write a new review, i check ALL the raters of my old review, and rate a review of them. If you chosen the right people, quite all of them will rate your new review back;)
Then i try to find a dozen of new people checking their statistics, and rate a review of them, and add them as friends. Quite always they'll rate my new review too.
Fourth: i always rate the people who joined under me, at least i will earn too for rating them;). And they rate me back too.
This is how i work on ciao. And i guess is not so bad, coz with some little effort i earned 80+ dollars in this month. Spending on the site not more than 4 hours per week.
To all the people not joined ciao yet: i suggest you to join the site, if you will work in the way i said, i'm sure you will have a certain success on ciao.

Hi there Pierone! Its been a long time since I last saw you post here in make extra money. I haven't been so active in Ciao when they remove their incentive pay per review and concentrated writing for review stream and compared by us unfortunately compared b us is still reviewing my contents I think because I am a beginner there as for review stream i still have to make at least $5 more to reach payout hoefully this week I can request payout too. I just wish I was more active in Ciao, I wasn't able to request payout this month although I got paid last December an last January too. I get tired of people spamming my inbox that's why I tried to get away from the site although I still rate those people rating me so I just earn a few cents a day, but now that you shared this tips I think I'll be more active there now so I would be able to reach payout by the end of February, Thanks for sharing again and see you in Ciao.

Well my upline got paid last December but he was ranked rookie I think. I Know that the Reviewers rank got paid already. I was able to reach payout there already and that's $43 I just hope I get paid even half of it. In review stream I still need $5 to be able to reach payout, I am still waiting for my other reviews to get credited in review stream.Its nice writing there too. Maybe you can give it a shot too although it has a minimum payout which is $50. I didn't post any review at compared by us yet, I am waiting for them to pay me and if not I would just leave it. Have you tried focal price? I have seen a fellow mylotter who got paid in this site already.

I would like to advice you, about compared by us, that this site is probably a scam. I don't know anyone that got the money from them, and their behavior is exactly like scammers do.
Wish you can reach the payout soon in compared, so you will know if they are a legit site or not.
About me, i was ranked as beginner, but all my reviews was rejected. Isn't funny? so i stopped to work there more than a month ago, and i regret i wasted so many time in compared, instead to find before the right way to work on ciao. The month i was active on compared, i lose good money on ciao ;)

Hello.
I get so much doing exactly what i said in my disccusion. Rating other people, and trying to find the right people to rate, so i got back ratings for my reviews.
Due you earn only from your reviews rating, the most important is find people that rate you back. To do that a good way is always check their statistics, before wasting your time rating people who quite surely will not rate you back.

I wanted to say then you for the helpful advice about Ciao. My husband is a member of this site and was wondering exactly how it worked. He has wrote only one review so far, but maybe this information will help him out. He likes the site, but has not got the hang of it yet, so maybe your information will help him to understand how it works and he can start using the site more.

I got something more than 80$ in ciao in the month of jan. I'm expecting to be paid, as usual, around feb 15.
I've 2 people i've referred there.
But you know, you will earn from your referrals activity only in the first 6 months since they joined ciao. After that period you will not earn anymore from them. So we always need more referrals ;)

Hello,
is just like in myLot, your earnings are updated every day. You can also request your payment as soon as you reached at least 5$, but anyway you will be paid on the 15th day of the next month. So i suggest you to request the payment on the last day of the month, as i do. This maximize your earning and minimize the delay to get the money.

If you can get money from abroad in your paypal account (for example china cannot), then you can be paid. To know how cashout from a paypal account in south africa you should visit your national paypal site, and maybe message the paypal support for more info.

Just write your reviews with your own words. Don't copy from other site. If you don't know the product, you can visit sites to get your own opinion, then write it down with your own words. You don't need to invite people to rate you. Just check the other people stats, to know if the people you're going to rate is someone that rate too, then rate other people reviews, and you will see you will receive back rates ;)

I saw you said you work 4 hours a week and did some math.
If we add a 0 to that 4 hours, we get 40 hours per week and 160 hours a month, which should be + - $800 a month from that, if you say you made $80 from 16 hours work rite?
Or is it not like that, would you have to than sit 24/7 in front of the pc?

Thank you kindly for your information, it has helped a lot! I became a member a few days ago and I did notice that some people ask the whole time to rate their reviews but wont help in return. I'm not sure how to check someones rating though could you please tell me how and i want to know if i work really HARD in ciao, is it possible to set a target for $500 a month? Is this reasonable?

Hello friend, to be sincere i guess is not so easy reach $500 a month. I'm trying to refine my way to work on ciao, and wish i can get 150$ each month. I guess this goal is difficult but still reasonable. To earn $500 a month you should have so many and really active referrals. And you know you will earn from referrals for the first 6 months only.

i have been a ciao member for almost 3 weeks now. a friend told me to join. she earned 30$ in 1 month. so ijoined ciao and i wrote 3 reviews. however, i only earned 1.22$, in 2 weeks time. so sad... i really am glad i joined mylot and saw your discussion. it is really helpful to me. how do choose your friends? coz whenever i see a friend request, i just accept them. is that ok?
i also have questions for you, if you dont mind answering them.
1.how does one really earn money in ciao? is it true that by getting rates in your reviews and by rating other reviews?
2. can i also earn if i have lots of friends ? coz if so, i will ask a lot of ciao members to be my friend :)

I accept any friendship request on ciao, but before i rate anyone i check their stats. If i see they given rating is more or equal of their received rating, then i rate them.
Then, obviously, i rate back anyone who rated my reviews, no matter if is a friend or not.
Having lot of friends don't worth so much, as soon as they are not good raters ;).
So chose your friends regarding of their statistics, and you will not fail.

Congrats on earning $80! I joined ciao about a month ago because I thought you would get payed for each review you wrote, only to find out they stopped paying people and the only way you could earn was through ratings. That was a little disappointing so I kind of just stopped going on ciao. But today after reading your discussion I went onto ciao and realised I'd actually earned 11 cents! And I don't even have any friends! So I'm going to take your advice on board and maybe earn as much as you!

Hello friend, thanks for your response here. If you have some problems writing reviews, what i can suggest you is simply prepare your review with your usual text editor (like word, or openoffice writer, or what ever you use to write texts), then simply copy and paste the review in the write review window.
It should help you solving your problem.

I have been a member at caio for a couple of weeks now and really like the site. I was wondering what some of those tips for earning are. I also have a question concerning writing reviews there.
When I start to write a review now, it takes forever for the text in the text box to catch up with my typing. I mean it is so slow that it is becoming almost impossible to write a review. I don't have that problem commenting on other people's reviews or typing in any other text box. I really like caio and hope someone can help me with this before I have to give it up.

Hey there pierone, I read you post, and am quite in a mood to earn some good money from the net. As I can see, you got paid from this site called 'ciao'. Actually I don't know much about this site yet and am very much interested to know about it now, as in, what you have to do to earn some money(what kind of work), do you need to pay some fees to start working or getting paid, or is it free?? Also how long did it take you to earn these $80 and how much did you have to work? Please help me out as much as you can and I would like to join it up, if its a good opportunity.

First of all congrats buddy. I don't make that much but never send message to anyone that i rated your review and you rate mine. I do get such message but when i check they have not rated my review i find. Now ciao have paid me twice from premium fund. Nowdays i only go to rate reviews there

I saw and also rated some reviews of yours, and you rated some of mine too, coz i remember you. Btw do you know there is someone in ciao that use the same pic you use in your profile here and there? ;)
Anyway i would like to suggest you to write a new review per week. It take few minutes and will let you earn some money more.
I found people don't like to go back in your reviews so much, that's why i always write a new review before i rate the previows review raters. When they access my profile to rate me back, if they found they already rated the first 2 or 3 reviews, they stop to find an "empty" review to rate. So i decided to let them always find the first review in my profile as "ratable" ;)

I am beginning to despise all of the messages from most people saying they will rate my reviews and such if I do them in return, and rarely they do the favor. I have been using the site for about a week. If you want to can feel free to add me to your friends list. I am under the same name on there.

Hello ulalume. Thank you for the response. I also added you in ciao, but i checked your statistics. You got 159 rates and given 55 only. This is the kind of statistics that usually let me decide to avoid people. And, also, this is the kind of statistics that let you earn just few there.
I suggest you to be more active. Is useless having 43 reviews, if each of them get less than 10 rates.
Maybe you could focus in find good friends there, and rating them, so probably you will get more rating for your review.

Hi thanks for all this info, I just don't know if I will ever have time to join more sites, i only found this place 2 days ago and there has been little time for anything else! Have to go back to work tomorrow but i know the next time i turn on my pc this is where i will come and probably be stuck until i shut down. Talking of shutting down, i really must or work will be hellish tomorrow nite nite all sleep well and i hope to get up in the morning look out of my window and see a crisp layer of snow. fingers crossed x
