I really want to have this kind of dog since they are so cute and charming. Can anyone offer me an affordable shih tzu puppy?

I like shih tzu very much and they are very cute to see.I have seen shih tzu in my friends house i have brought to my home i like very much and it is very funny and charming.I kept her nick name Puppy.I never live with out them and whenever i went outside i will keep them in a safe place.
