Stress is main obstacle, like wall infront you. I try to come out from stress through reading blogs,listening music,drinking water,take a deep breath,have a nice sleep and forget me & myself feeling for few minutes. Sometime all these practise could not help me at all that time hot-bath helps me to cool down.

My stress reliever are my furry companions, my kittens. It relaxes me when I rub their fur. Walking also relieves my stress. But when these fail, I take a vacation.
