Best way to say "I love you" to a girl

Here is a my situation that I really love a girl, and I want to tell her that I am deeply fallen for her, I want to say these magic (i love you) words to her. But there lies a problem. 1. She doesn't believe in love, she think its wasted to time and she doesn't trust boys. She think guys wants to have fun only. 2. She is very reversed girl, doesn't talk much to Boys ( though she's my friend, yet she's very reversed kinda girl) 3. She's elder than me, 3 years elder than me. 4. She trust me that I am very different from other guys, I only see her as a friend. I really love her, and I want to tell her that. But if I do, then she will reject me and get hurt and she will never talk to me. I need a advise how to tell that I have feelings for her that she atleast gives me little tiny chance to prove that I am not flirt, I do have real feelings for her....
