Do you workout regularly?

I tend to go through spurts where I workout and eat healthy for 3 or 4 months at a time, and then one day I just don't feel like working out and period of 3 or 4 months of not working/eating healthy begins. Are you like this? I'd like to change this habit, but my motivation to do so in those off-months just never seems to be there! Any tips on how to break the cycle?

It is hard to stay motivated! I arrange to go to dance lessons with my friends which makes it harder to not go as I'm letting them down as well as myself if I don't turn up. I still miss weeks though! I think sometimes it is easier to keep at something if you get into a routine and also it is an activity that you do not have to travel far to or pay a lot for, where is your gym??

i'd love to do classes with friends - that's a great idea! my gym isn't that far away, but to get there, i do have to drive, and it seems like the hardest part is just leaving the house!

hi my dear friend, i use to do my workoutsdaily. i never use to miss them. what ever be the ase. i was a fitness freak. but nw after having baby, i dont get time so i have to miss. sometime there is no oneto baby sit,so i have to be near here and because she is just eleven month old, i cant even leave her alone in house. i am afraid. then too, when ever my hubby come home, i just rush to my gym and do some exercise. so that my body is in aroutine. but thern too, some days in between, i miss them. i am having a personal trainer too, she keepson caling but i cant do anything.
