What has been the best movie you ever watched in theatres? I'm not really sure what my favorite movie was. I don't really go out to movies. I think my favorite movie was the Harry Potter series. Those were really good, but the third one wasn't that good. So what is your guys favorite movie?

The best movie I have watched so far is transformers. I just live how they do the special effects!!! For me, they have surpassed the special effects of star wars. And their is Transformers 2 coming soon. May god! I'm just so excited to watch transformers 2 revenge of the fallen.

sleepers was a good movie.
risky business was a fun movie.

hello exodian
i guess that the best movie that i have ever watched has to be "Castaway" with Tom Hanks. what that man went through with in that movie. have you seen that movie? it was a very good movie. he gets stranded on an island and he becomes a good fisherman, catching fish with a spear. he also tries to build his own raft to get off of the island. i would recommend that anybody who hasn't seen this movie, it is a must see.
take care and have a beautiful evening.

Wow, really? Prisoner of Azkaban has been my favorite of the films so far (except that Order of the Phoenix has Helena Bonham Carter who I love love love).
Working within the parameters of your question.... I have seen a lot of movies in the theater. When I was younger, we went to a movie almost once a week...at the very least twice a month. I have seen some that were pretty spectacular and wouldn't have been the same seeing it for the first time on the TV in my living room. Star Wars Episode 1, Armageddon, Pearl Harbor, The Perfect Storm, Live Free or Die Hard.... It's hard to pick just one.

wow!
I'm not very sure, but I think Braveheart is one of the best movies ever made. I love that movie, I watched it many times in the theatre, and on TV, and I have on DVD (crazy heh?)
but also "pursuit of happiness" of Will Smith is something.
and "The Last Samurai" is a wonderful masterpiece.
and I can never forget "instinct" (Tom Hopkins).
thank you for that question Exodian1.
