where's the money?

Is RoudyCash really paying? I requested a payment 2 weeks ago but haven't received payment yet. I also wrote an article about a site where I requested $20 payment but gave me only $1 in my Alert Pay account. These sites are among the hundreds of new PTC sites today and people joining them are risking their time whether these sites will pay or not. Some will instantly disappear and you can't do nothing about it. Now which is which? I could say everything in the internet is a gamble. Presently, I'm still hoping and risking my time with the remaining PTC sites I joined. I hope that in the end, I won't ask myself, "Where's the money?"
