What is the best weight loss plan you have ever tried?

To be honest, weightloss is going to work no matter what you eat as long as you have a calorie defliction, for example, to create a defliction of 1000 calories a day you should cut food intake by 500 and burn off 500 with exercise. I think the best i have tried has to be weightwatchers, its alot easier than counting calories and you have so much freedom, you really can eat WHATEVER you like. If you want to eat takeaways and chocolate you can! It works on a points basis, and you have a set number per day depending on a number of things including weight,height,lifestyle Hope this helps!

In general,the best diet plan is a healthy balance of low fat and high protein foods,plenty of fruits and veggies,and a little bit of sweets and fats.You can also never underestimate the importance of those eight glasses of water a day.If you have trouble getting in recommended amount of water,try having water instead of a soft drink at lunch,or keep a Nalgene bottle with you throughout the day.Combine all of this with some moderate exercise,and you will be good to go!the fact is ,that fundamentally the only way to loss weight is to burn more calories than you consume.

Consume as much as you can of the "Right nutrition" avoid as much as you can of the "Wrong nutrition." exercise moderately be happy with every small change you have been able to make permanently. don't make weight loss more complicated as it is.[b][/b][i][/i]

Just eating healthy is what keeps me at my desired weight. It does not have to be some crazy formula and crazy work-out plan to have a good, healthy body. Diets are too much, and usually do not work out in the long run. You just have to buy fresh foods and try to stay away from unnatural ingredients, that is my way of life.

have you tried drinking tea? how about exercise? I think those will help a lot and also count your calorie food intakes so be conscious of labels. I think those are effective weight loss plan.
