Can you give me suggestions to stop smoking????

My friend is a chain smoker.I advised him not to smoke since it is bad to health.He said that he tried to stop but he couldn't. If he not smoke for a day he will be wandering like anything. Please help me out to cure a guy. Happy mylotting

The only way to stop smoking is to stop cold turkey. I have found this to be the only way for me when I wanted to stop smoking.
