can austalia rebuild thear team in time before ashes ?

I think Australia can rebuild the team. But, for that all the senior players should go out of team and give chance to youngsters like India did. They should play decent cricket without any disputes and controversy. If not, they cannot rebuild their team.

I think they can. (If not, at least soon after it) Their way of approach is like always exploring the opponent's weakness and trying to overcome their own weaknesses. This, most of the other teams forget or not up to the mark. All other teams seem to be practicing in the areas where they are confident, whereas the Australians practice in the area where their opponents are weak. They play more psychology than cricket, I think.
