ok, for twilight fans who already watched the movie probably several times like i do probably familiar with the sountrack of the movie. basically i like all the soundtrack but my favorite is the flightless bird, american mouth from iron & wine as prom theme background. the song sounds really romantic and mellow and fit for the occasion, but i kinda confuse with its lyrics, i thought it was some sort of kind of poem full with figure of speaches or there's an actual meaning derive from it so is there anyone who could help me to understand the real meaning of it? here i re-wrote the lyrics "i was a quick wet boy diving too deep for coins all of your street light eyes wide on my plastic toys then when the cops closed the fair i cut my long baby hair stole me a dog-eared map and called for you everywhere have i found you flightless bird jealous..weaping... or lost you american mouth big pill looming now i'm a fat house cat nursing my sore blunt tongue watching the warm poison rats curl through the wide fence cracks pissing on magazine photos those fishing lures thrown in the cold and clean blood of christ mountain stream have i found you flightless bird grounded...bleeding... or lost you american mouth big pill stuck going down"
