Hi al!!!!
Many of us take lots of steps to reduce weight. But are we really successful in doing so?
I think most of us will answer no to this. This is because because of our food habit. Some of my friends suggested me to eat only fruits during night and they told me they hav seen an visible result of their relatives.
Anyone here have tried this?

You might want to check out this plan: http://www.letsdolunch.com
On this plan, you eat your large meal at lunch. Your evening meal is your light meal with fruits and certain vegetables, if you're still hungry.

Fruits are high in sugar. Complex carbs, true, but carbsjust the same. If you are insulin resistant like me, that would be the worst thing you could do. I would venture to say if anyone loses weight from eating only fruits, it is not the fruit alone, it is becuse thy have reduced their calories tremendously. Diets that take off the pounds and keep off the pounds are usually low carb and low fat. Life style changes dictate we take up low carb, low fat, high fiber diets for longer, healthier lives.
