How long will this Kasav's custody go on? why is he not procecuted?

Terrorists does'nt give consideration to other people's life and their rights.They blatantly violates human rights and commit atrocites against humanity.But being on victim's side does not give us any right to behave irresponsibly. The real terrorists are the religious zealots and leaders of the so called jihadi organizartions (Al-qaeda ,lashkar etc). People like kasav are only foot soldiers and are lured in by the falsehoods of the leaders.Think of Amir Ajmal Kasav, he is just 21 and he did'nt knew any better.Even learned and the educated people from other faiths can get converted when subject to this jihadism. What i am trying to say is that we should not treat terrorist prisoners as animals.(Thats what happenig in Guantanamo).we should give them a fair trial and judgement and not executing them without any consideration.If we do so . we are right playing in to their hands and we will become oppressors as they say.Then there will be no difference between us and the terrorists.

It will go on as long as he is alive. He will be traeted well and fed well in custody. it is really a big question why he is so well kept who kileld so many innocent people.
