I am lost! I took four tabs of midazolam.I thought it will make me sleep forever

I feel sad, very down, very depressed. I feel useless, I dont know what makes me happy anymore. I need your help please pray for my soul. I attempted to kill myself yesterday. I took four tabs of dormicum. guess what, I am still alive. If I have ten tabs maybe by this time am still sleeping and maybe it will be a painless death.

can i ask why u would u kill urself? Is life that bad? Just talk to people here on mylot and maybe we can resolve ur problem. Killing urself doesnt resolve the problem it just makes problems for ur family why would u hurt ur family?

You need to seek medical attention before you hurt your family. YOU are NOT a burden to them. THEY LOVE YOU and you need to think about THEM rather than yourself. Do not be selfish and hurt the ones you love most. Being on this site shows that you are not getting out and that would help you a great deal even if just for a 5 minute walk. 30 minutes of walk time per day can help any depressed person overcome depression.
