DMX criminal charges

As most have read online or seen on the news, miilionaire rapper DMX, was arrested for using a false name to get out of paying hospital fees. Why would you do this? if oyu had that much money, what is the need to get to get out paying $7000 which to him is pocket change. Also though he shows an undieing love for dogs, having released his own dog accessories brand and naming it after his pitbull, he has been charged with animal cruelty. How do you guys feel about this?
