paypal problem

i have 20 $ in my paypal account, how can i tranfer them to my bank account, i am from india,can i do it , or will i have wait until my balance reaches 150$ or so speaking the minimum withdrawal amount. am i wrong.because i will have to wait for many months for that much money in my palpal account, what should i do.
is there a option that first i can convert my dollar in to rupees, and then transfer them to my bank account.you guys might help me, because i is a big problem, what do i do with the dollar in my paypal account.

Dear friend! I think you have read all terms and conditions of paypal. If you account is verified then there is no problem in transferring your paypal money into bank account but still you have not verified it then first verified it. If you have verified than you can transfer money in bank by converting dollar into rupees. First tell me you are verified or not? If you are not verified than i will tell how to verify your paypal account using your credit or debit card.

i am not verified,i do not have a credit card. i have a hdfc debit card, which has a visa logo in it. can i use it to verify. is verification needed because the above freiend told that u can transfer any amount

It doesn't matter if its verified or not.I transferred $21 last month into my bank account which i earned in ciao and i have a unverified account and i am from India only.They need just your bank account number and your bank IFSC code and charge Rs.50 if withdrawal amount is less than Rs. 7000

friend just one more help. the amount is in dollar,and you got indian rupees in to ur bank account,does paypal a converted it in to rupees. because i checked currency convertor in paypal and their was no currency as indian rupees

Yes, you can do it. You need not wait till it reaches 150. If you are directly transfering to your account, you will be charged fifty Indian rupees. If you want cheque then it will cost 5 US dollar. You need not convert the dollar into rupee the bank will do that automatically. First have your account verified. Then you will need to give your bank's IFSC no to paypal. This IFSC no is given by RBI to each bank. You can get that no from your branch.

you can request your 20$ now only,doesn't have to wait for 150$.
just give them the bank details if you want to withdraw your money to your bank account directly or request a check from them.
they will charge rs50 as a fee for transferring your funds to your indian bank account and will charge 5$ from the amount requested if you want your money by cheque.
