Just wounderring if anyone takes Meds for sleep???

I see my Docter tomorrown and i'm wounderring if any mylotters takes a Medication to help them sleep.I was on chloral-hydrate for about 14/15 years and my Docter took me off when I spent 6 weeks in the hospital.I'm not taking anything now,but i'm up for 2 days at a time often.Cant be good for the system.Anyways,I'm Canadian so if there's anyone out there taking Meds,could you please give me the name of what your taking.Remember that I'm Canadian and some Meds you cant get here that you can in the USA,But any input would be greatly apriciated, Thank you in advance,

I have taken Lunesta and I think thats the best. Right now i'm on trazodone. But I only take it when I know I can get eight hours of sleep. I work odd hours and can't always take it. good luck to you. I hope you find something that helps.
