What kind of business you established if you have someone to fund it?

What kind of business will you established if you have a rich person support you for your business? If this happen to me, i might still doing the thinking up to now, i can't decide. I love to have my own restourants, my own cafe and my own boutique, but still i can't decide which one for sure. Tell me friends what kind of business will you established?
