Have you ever known anyone who walked in their sleep? Maybe yourself? I don't know can you call it "walk in the sleep" but few times I have woken up, stood on my legs, walked down to a ladies room and noticed this fact only after struggling back into the bed. It's the second when I understand I am woken up. It's strange. Where am I when I do it while asleep? Am I even asleep?

I don't sleepwalk or know anyone that does - but I do the same thing as you. I don't think that's sleepwalking though, it's kind of like half sleeping, and your body is responding automatically to what you usually do, like going to the bathroom in the night.

My oldest son was the worst sleep walker I have ever seen. I had to install chain slide locks on the tops of my doors because I was afraid he would wonder outside. He stopped when he was about 8 years old and never did it again. Like to have drove is nuts!
