What was the first site that scamed you ?

My first site was PerfectPtc They have a low minimum of 0.25$ So when i reached 0.30 i requested the withdraw I've benn waitting for 3 weeks to receive my payment They don't reply my emails plus that they have on site a Payout List link which shows something like this Payout List 178 $ And that number grows every 2 or 3 days but when you press the link button you can see no payments made since Dec 13 What about you?
