Well, I think eating first might bring down your exercises abit causse your full, where eating after ,when your metabolism is up, could help burn the calories. Ya, I think eating after is best.

I think eating just before exercise is not good.The blood circulation will be affected.Even,you should consume less water before you go for an exercise.Probably a free stomach is good for exercises.Cheers!

Yeah its better to eat something before. Like the previous response. Just enough to power you up. I tried working out once without eating. I about passed out not even ten minutes into working out.

it is good to eat before you exerceise but make SURE you do not eat too much, do not even fill yourself up if you are very hungry.
Just eat enough to power your body through the work out.
