Can I have my own website and pay ONLY yearly fees NOT monthly fees? Possible?

I'm getting migraines trying to figure this stuff out. Alright, I've got two websites I wanna do:
Website 1: A Regular blog about various topics. Very clean.
Website 2: A free and a paid membership adult-themed website with pics, videos, stories, links, etc.
Now... for domain registering, I know I can get something yearly out of godaddy. But what about everything else I need like webhosting? Godaddy has cheap webhosting but it has to be paid every month not every year.
I just wanna pay everything for my site on a yearly basis, no monthly fees.
If this is not possible. Then can anyone here please direct me to the best places to go for the web hosting? People keep giving me so many recommendations that I'm already lost and clueless.

I didn't know sites charged monthly, I know I pay yearly although i wouldn't call it cheap, Bravenet might the type of thing you are looking for, I get my counters from them and like most of their features you can have free or upgrade to better, I am sure there wouls be plenty of what you are looking for...

bravenet is charging monthly for hosting too, so what do you mean by you didnt know sites charge monthly?

Well I have always paid yearly for mine not with bravenet but an Australian company but i do use the counters from bravenet and I pay yearly for them...
