Have you fall in love with someone, but she/he didnt respond you

We get February now. This called valentine month,exactly in love.Somone loves other. And she or he give spesial prize on special moment. Have you ever feel when you love someone, she/ he doesnt respond you ? It happen to my friends. My friend is a girl. She fall in love with someone. She try to express her love by phone him everyday,give food he likes,send romantic mail to him. Unfortunetly he never respond her. He just give little word to say thank to her. But never give more attention. So she was lay down. Anybody has same experience, maybe she need your advice.
