ell, I think both.. why I say that? because some parents are too busy that they have no time to follow up the whereabouts of their children. They have no idea that their kids are already joining the gang, or other bad groups of kids because they want to belong. They need attention and love that the parents can not give because they are too busy to make both ends meet. Some other kids, just watch the video games to ease their loneliness. And they got the bad ideas that these games are insinuating to their young minds.

I have to say that I believe that too much emphasis is placed on violence being blamed on just about everything from films to music and more. I think a lot of what children see and especially what children do are based on their environment and what they see from their parents. I believe that parents need to stake a higher claim when it comes to supervising their children and not letting or allowing them to watch shows that are violent and limiting the amount of violent toys that their children possess. Of course children are going to find out about violence one way or another and hopefully when that day comes they can turn to their parents and voice their concerns. Violence is all around us and its not up to us parents to desensitize our children to this violence its up to us to ensure that they know that violence is not the solution to any problem.
